I’ve been trying out something new to keep me from experiencing burn out again. One of the things I noticed before is that I just spent way too much time in front of my computer. If I wasn’t on the phone I was on the computer working on web design or sending emails, or buying ads for the site, or doing a pod cast or writing something for the website, and it just seemed that I really had no time for myself. It sucked. So I’ve stated this new thing were I take off two nights a week instead of one, which lends to more time for me to go out, have fun and do wild and crazy things that I can tell you all about later, which works out good for everyone, my fans and me.

I’ve also been doing this new thing were I walk away from the computer at a certain time each day, usually around 2:30-3:00pm and start taking calls from home instead of from my office. It gives me time to spend time with my pets, take care of my house, cook dinner instead of living on junk food and trying to work it all off at the gym each morning, and sit down and enjoy a TV show or something now and then.
